My name is Art. I graduated from Mayfield High School in Ohio, where I studied engineering. After high school, I moved to New York City and became the founder of a successful HVAC company. Although I enjoyed entrepreneurship, my passion for biology was sparked early in life by my mother, a scientist, and my grandmother, a retired biology professor. I earned my master’s degree at CSU, and my career has focused on developing and advancing life-saving medicines for people with life-threatening diseases. R&D is always a team effort, but I’m proud that some of my work contributed to helping a newborn regain hearing through advances in drug development.
After moving to different states for work, I wanted to be closer to my family, so I returned to Ohio. That’s where I discovered a new passion for robotic lawn care and how autonomous yard work could truly benefit people—especially those who love the idea of lawn care technology but don’t feel confident setting up the technology on their own.
I strongly believe in the shift toward robotics. People work hard, come home to cook, clean, run errands, and manage daily responsibilities. Automated lawn care gives them something invaluable: more time to spend with their loved ones and to enjoy life, not just maintain it.
